    Free ginger tea and lemon grass aroma all over the hotel, so refreshing

    The hotel is filled with the smell of lemon grass, refreshing mind and body instantly. There is a constant supply of free ginger tea , very cleansing.

    My favourite hotel everytime come to KL

    The location is decent, very close to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang MRT station. Having stayed in other areas of KL (KLCC and Chinatown) we personally wouldn't choose it again, but that's just our preference. The check in process felt a bit strange and we waited a while for somebody to come from the attached massage/spa but it went smoothly enough after that. To note we had to provide a RM200 key deposit in cash only which seemed a little much, especially as it was our last night in Malaysia and we didn't really want to get more cash out. Our room was fine although we had no water in the morning and we had to go out multiple times searching to find somebody who could help (it did get sorted in the end). Checkout is also very strange as the policy is to only allow checkout in a one hour window 11-12 unless agreed the day before. We arranged early check out and to be fair it worked fine and they let us leave our bags for the day before we went to the airport. However, to us it seemed overly complex and I've never been to a hotel anywhere else before with a policy like this. Overall the hotel is OK but clearly it isn't properly staffed and this caused issues and/or complexity for us checking in, finding assistance when required and checking out. Overall I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
