Love this hotel! Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to walk around and get food. The room was nice and comfortable too. Very convenient!

Honest Review - Pillow Plus Kingston 6, Changkat I stayed at Pillow Plus Kingston 6 Changkat on 31/08/2026 with my family, including my 4-year-old son. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for the price paid, but there are several areas that need improvement. Upon arriving at 10:00 AM, I was informed that check-in was only available at 3:00 PM, which was understandable. However, the hotel did not provide a proper luggage storage area. I was simply asked to leave my luggage at the lobby unattended while waiting for check-in time, which did not feel very secure. I returned to the hotel at around 2:00 PM because I was travelling with a young child. According to Agoda, early check-in may be possible if rooms are available. Unfortunately, I was told that early check-in would cost RM30, and after I asked, the staff mentioned RM20 would also be acceptable. This gave me the impression that the fee was negotiable rather than based on a clear policy. Muslim travellers should note that the hotel does not provide a prayer mat (sejadah), so it is advisable to bring your own. The room I booked was a Triple Deluxe Room, and I was generally satisfied with the room considering the price. However, the room's Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) had issues. It affected the water heater switch and several power sockets, leaving only one functioning power outlet for charging my phone, my wife's phone, and our devices. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no other rooms were available. To be fair, one helpful staff member provided an extension cord, which helped solve part of the problem. However, I still had to manually switch the MCB back on whenever I wanted to take a hot shower or boil water to prepare milk for my son. Another thing to consider is the noise level. Since the hotel is located in the middle of the city and near the Changkat entertainment area, do not expect a quiet environment, especially at night. Lastly, my room had an unpleasant smell, and I ended up buying my own air freshener to make the stay more comfortable.
