    Location: 5/5The location is highly strategic and extremely convenient. It is very easy to move around as the hotel is located close to all the local hotspots. Staff & Service: 5/5The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their great service is highly appreciated. Cleanliness: 2/5Unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I noticed that the bedsheets still had visible stains on them. Additionally, room slippers were not provided, and the floor felt noticeably sticky to walk on. Facilities: 2/5The in-room facilities require major upgrading. The TV channels felt very outdated, almost like going back to the 90s or 2000s. I had hoped to relax and watch some good television during my stay, but the options were poor. Furthermore, the bathroom lacks proper shelves or space to place our own toiletries. Most inconveniently, guests have to iron their clothes outside the room at a shared station. Honestly, is this a hotel or a hostel?Overall Verdict:Overall, if the hotel can make these necessary improvements regarding cleanliness and facilities, I would highly recommend this place to others.
