    The entire experience was a huge disappointme The check-in process was extremely slow and unprofessional — no lobby assistant was available, and only the security guard helped us check-in. This already showed a serious lack of proper customer service. When we entered our room, it was poorly maintained — no water facilities provided, and the shower room had broken and faulty utilities. I had to argue with the management to change my room, which finally happened after unnecessary hassle. The worst part is that my deposit of RM200 has still not been refunded. I’ve been messaging them for the past 4 days and only received one irresponsible reply blaming a ‘financial team error’, without any further action or update. As a customer who paid almost *** for this stay, I expected basic professionalism and integrity. This is unacceptable, irresponsible, and reflects very badly on the hotel management. Strongly not recommended. Future guests — be careful before booking here. Management clearly doesn't value their guests or handle finances properly.
