    Please dont use pay at property becauss price might be different. Everything else was great, facility, staff was great. Be informed that the property wont be clean daily as hotel. You must do your own cleaning. Be informed that the property only give 1 set of key,

    Experience was extremely disappointing. 🚗 Ridiculously Expensive Parking There was no prior notice about the high parking fees. We only found out after arriving, which felt very misleading. Parking fee Rm80 (2/8 : 11am to 3/8 : 3pm) 🔑 Unprofessional & Suspicious Check-in Process Instead of a proper front desk, we had to call a “handover person” to check in. A foreigner arrived with a badge and asked us to: Transfer RM334 to the company bank account Transfer RM200 security deposit into his personal account We questioned why the deposit had to go into a personal account, and he rudely responded, “That’s how it’s always done.” He even claimed if we sent it to the company, the refund would take much longer. The whole situation felt sketchy and untrustworthy. 🧼 Room Hygiene Was Poor Found hair on the pillow, which shows the room wasn’t cleaned properly. We asked for an extra key card but were told, “Only one card per room,” which was very inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The location may be central, but the poor management , lack of professionalism, and cleanliness issues completely ruined the stay.
