    This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had in my entire travel life. If you are considering booking this property, please keep the following points in mind: 1. This is not a typical hotel. It appears to be an individually owned apartment that has been listed on Agoda. There is no typical hotel lobby or front-desk service; the experience is more like an Airbnb. For anything I needed, I had to call the property's contact number, and in some cases, nobody answered my calls. 2. There was an unexpected RM100 deposit request. After calling several times, someone eventually handed me the key and asked for a RM100 deposit without providing a receipt. I refused to pay the deposit because there was no proper receipt or clear explanation of the charge. 3. The apartment was not clean or hygienic. The apartment was filthy and had an unpleasant smell, and I saw cockroaches running around. The toilet had a strong urine smell. After I complained, housekeeping was sent, but the cleaning was still far from professional. 4. Basic hotel amenities were missing or unavailable. There was no tea/coffee-making facility and no regular supply of soap or shampoo. The refrigerator, bathtab were out of order. I did not use the TV, so I cannot comment on whether it was functional. I was told that housekeeping was provided on alternate days. However, after requesting it, they did send housekeeping every day, although the cleaning was very basic and rushed. 5. I simply wanted to leave. Unfortunately, I had already paid for three nights in advance, so I had to stay despite the condition of the apartment. I couldn't wait to check out. 6. Agoda should review properties more carefully. In my opinion, Agoda should conduct a basic verification of properties before listing them, particularly regarding cleanliness, facilities, service standards, and whether the property actually provides the level of accommodation experience that guests would reasonably expect from a hotel listing. 7. The only good part is the location. Time Square Mall is attached to this facility, where you can eat and purchase almost everything, without have to go outside. 8. My recommendation: If you are a hotel-oriented traveller who expects a proper reception, housekeeping, basic amenities and consistent service, I would recommend avoiding this property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again. it could be a nice property to stay for sure, if the owner or facility manager think about the service & maintenance.

    If you require a big room with extra beds. Everything else is very old. The door cannot be locked from inside. There is No way to lock the door ! Even checked with staff. She kindly came to look and advise. To use a small hanging chain to door that prevents door from opening fully. There is a TV and sofa. Maybe just to crash one night and leave early next morning. Location is within mall and just next to train station. Under the sheets had several very long hair on the inside. Looks like the comforter has some stain usage that can’t be removed.
