Overall facilities and location are great.
One suggestion for Expedia to consider,
wish seats are provided at the lobby as we have to wait at lobby before going up to the room or waiting at lobby for checking in/out processes.

Need strong communication system .
Esp. Guest has no free Wi-Fi or int'l roaming .
Need permanent check in / out counter in
Shared Ground Floor area .
Guest can't access to higher floor office direct for check in & check out .
But it s very handy location .
