    Strong pungent smell in bathroom, bathroom leaking (the floor always wet) furniture spoilt, bedroom fan noisy and there is a strong smell in the bedroom (like dusty smell)

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was cozy, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

    It was 5pm when we got to the hotel and it was empty, so we waited for about 20 mins for the receptionist to show up. When we checked out by 8am it's still closed so there's no one who can cater us. It was such a hassle on the reception area. Another thing is the cleanliness of the room, there was no towel, no bathtub (mentioned in the listing), and the bed linens are full of stain, and the room smells really bad. The sink is clogged and you can see the moulds on different area on the room. The only good thing about it, is that it's spacious. We only stayed for one night, but I'm glad we didn't stayed any longer.
