    A comfortable stay with good sleep quality, reliable hot water, and clean , well-kept facilities. The location is convenient for getting around , with good walkability transport access, and parking. Staff were helpful and welcoming and the overall experience offered excellent value for money.

    I last stayed at this hotel in 2025, and this year I decided to give it another chance. I’m happy to say that there have been quite a few improvements since my previous stay. One of the things I appreciate is that parking is now free, whereas previously there was a RM5 daily parking charge. Housekeeping is also now provided without the previous RM10 charge. These changes definitely make the stay more convenient and provide better value for money. However, there are still some issues that need attention. We stayed in Room 313A, and the toilet in the master bedroom had an unpleasant smell. The water heater was also difficult to control and became excessively hot, to the point that it was not safe or comfortable to shower. As a result, we had to use the second bathroom, although its water heater was not functioning. In addition, there was no floor mat provided outside the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was not properly clean. After walking on it, the soles of our feet became visibly dirty/black. Another issue was communication with the front desk. Most of the reception staff were foreign workers, and it was quite difficult to communicate our complaints and explain the problems we were facing. It would be helpful if there was always a staff member who could communicate effectively in English and/or Malay to assist guests, especially when dealing with complaints or maintenance issues. Overall, I can see clear improvements compared to my previous stay, particularly with the free parking and housekeeping. However, I hope the management can pay more attention to room maintenance, cleanliness, plumbing, water heater functionality, and guest communication. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

    Very old, dusty and dirty. I had to clean up the place before used. Especially the window, curtain n mattress. It was nearby to some areas but not reachable by walking, so only can see building view.
