    I ate at the restaurant when I arrived late on Friday night. The asian food was delicious and the all day happy hour for in-house I guests was a great touch. 110 ringgit for 3 cocktails. My shower drain was a little clogged so I ended up showering in a pool of water every time. No facilities. Gorgeous hotel.

    We loved the vintage aesthetic, staffs were very polite. Only problem is there are some water stains on the table and no toiletries provided.

    Before I arrived, I wrote an email requesting a 5th floor room with city-view, the hotel kept it noted and the staff Jasmine arranged me a higher floor of 6th, where I found an open space at the top floor and enjoyed the most beautiful view in KL!! I want to thank you for making my trip so comfortable. The breakfast is extremely good.

    The hotel is lovely , it has great style and decor . Most of the staff were great . Personally I didnt like the chow kit area too much compared to China town , brickfields and bukit bintang but that personal taste. Unfortunatly when I asked for my breakfast order I explained that I had seafood alergy and asked for no seafood etc ..... unfortunatly the staff failed to confirm when asked that the food I ordered had seafood and I had an allergic reaction and had to go to the bathroom. It's not a budget hotel and I would expect the staff in a hotel like this to be able to advise or check with a senior colleague if a guest makes a request.
