    Cleanliness: Average The cleanliness was so-so, and unfortunately, there were several issues that made my stay quite disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smell when we entered, even though the host clearly stated during booking that smoking was strictly prohibited. I submitted a complaint that night, but there was no response. I understand that customer service may not be available late at night, but I was disappointed that there was still no update by the following morning. We had to open the windows and spray perfume ourselves to reduce the cigarette smell. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night. The floor also felt quite slippery, especially when stepping out of the bathroom with wet feet, which could be a safety hazard. On top of that, the bathroom sink was clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly, and there was also water dripping underneath the sink. A RM200 deposit was required, so I expected the room to be in better condition. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. Regarding the deposit, guests can choose to pay by cash or online transfer. However, if you choose online transfer, the refund supposedly takes three working days. I also had to follow up several times throughout the day before finally receiving my refund. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness, room maintenance, and lack of response to complaints. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of customer service and ensuring the room is clean, comfortable, and properly maintained before guests check in.

    The view was nice but our wifi was not working and we complained twice, we also asked for a non smoking room but smelt like cigarettes, the couch had a lot of stains and same with the pillow. Parts of the room had a weird smell too. Overall it’s not very well maintained.
