I recently enjoyed an extended stay at the Kingstone 8 Hotel across three consecutive bookings (June 21st to July 1st), and the experience was fantastic. Even with the multiple reservations, the management seamlessly accommodated me in the same room for my entire stay, which I greatly appreciated.
Outstanding Staff Service The absolute highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. A special thanks goes to the supervisor, Miss Natasha. She is a true advocate for the guests, always going above and beyond to ensure every requirement was promptly fulfilled. Her assistants, Miss Jaya and Miss Samiya, were equally fantastic and provided stellar support throughout our stay.
Location & Convenience The location is absolutely unbeatable. Transportation is highly convenient with both the Monorail and MRT within easy walking distance. The hotel is perfectly situated near major hotspots like Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Low Yat Plaza, and the Times Square shopping complex—we were able to easily walk to all of these places. If you are a foodie, the famous Jalan Alor street food area is practically in sight!
Room & Cleanliness I stayed in Room 607, which was a very spacious and comfortable room. It featured a large window with a lovely view, and the air conditioning worked superbly to beat the heat. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job; they maintained the room perfectly and were always quick to respond to any of our needs.
Conclusion I highly recommend Kingstone 8 Hotel for anyone seeking outstanding staff support, superb comfort, and a brilliantly central location. This is, without a doubt, an excellent budget hotel for everyone!
