There are two double bedrooms serviced by a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is front garden with lawn area, small rear paved garden, secure for dogs,furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4, a pub, and within 0.6 miles a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Orby Cottage, a delightful base near the coast in Lincolnshire.
