    Staff were friendly. Near to Termini, 4 streets away (8-10min walk). They cleaned our room everyday which was really appreciated after a long full day of walking. They also changed the towels and made everything organized. Room is a bit small, there was only 1 space for our big Luggage on the floor but its manageable for 2 Adults and 1 kid. Closet is really high we were not able to use it. Had to wait more or less 5 minutes for the Hot water in the shower and wash basin but water pressure is good. Overall we were satisfied in our 3 Nights Stay.

    It’s close to 429 bus stops which run towards many must visit places from Cat sanctuary, Trevi fountain, to Vatican city. Metro also near, easy to go to Colosseum from here. The staff cleaned our bathroom and changed the towels everyday. The check in is 24 hours. They had renovation last year so the room looks nice and clean for budget hotel standard. I must say the room is bigger in reality. They gave complimentary mineral water drinks during the check in, good gesture. The drawbacks: The lift is pretty small but functioning. Another thing to reach from the ground floor to the 0 floor there is no lift (altough not that many stairs). It might be a homework for those who bring big luggages. Some minor details : The side lamp doesn’t work. Also, I think they forgot to cleaned up the kettle (it was dirty with white something) we need to clean it by ourself. Anyway we enjoyed our stays, the locations and cleanliness (exclude dirty kettle) make this hotel worth to stay for a budget group like us. We’ll comeback to this hotel if we visit Rome in the future.
