The location is great, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is good, but without a doubt, Mrs. Matilda's service deserves special mention. She was extremely pleasant and helped us with valuable information, in addition to being very friendly. She is certainly the hotel's calling card.
The shower needs to be checked, as does the shower stall door. At times, the shower temperature fluctuated significantly. Sometimes during a shower, the water would suddenly become ice cold, and the Wi-Fi signal is quite unstable, but this didn't compromise our stay in Rome. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the termini station. Spacious room.
A bit noisy at night because of a bar in the bottom floor. The double windows reduce about 80% of the noise.

very basic simple room but with airco and own bathroom. Bed not great but okay. Location great - with restaurants surrounded and very practical with public transport close - busses and metro

The staff was friendly and nice. The location was great, a 10-min walk to Roma Termini station and another metro station.
The bathroom has no ventilation, so it was a bit stuffy. The bed was not the most comfortable and the blanket was too thin.
