Convenient location close to Roma termini and restaurants and shops. Room was clean and in good condition overall. It’s standard in Italy but the bathroom is a bit small if you’re used to US bathrooms. Room is serviced everyday.
You get 2 waters at check in and on the 3rd day of stay. New towels too.
A corner of the bathroom floor is always wet. They should fix the leak from the hand water sprayer/bidet.

Very nice stay and very kind staff

Its strengths are its location (near Termini Station, Sapienza University, and the Castro Pretorio metro station), the friendly staff, and the nearby amenities. There is also free Wi-Fi.
It is not really a hotel, it’s more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. I've noticed that other reviews say the same thing, and I can confirm it. Also, the two men at the front desk speak English with an accent that’s hard to understand, which can be confusing. I had to ask the same question 3 or 4 times because I couldn’t understand them. For a European capital like Rome in 2026, this seems like a major drawback to me.
