The room had free air conditioning which during a 40C heatwave was lifesaving, as well as a lovely balcony. Prime location! Five min from the central station + few min away from subway which takes you straight to main sights. Very clean and comfortable room + very safe. Near a lot of good restaurants too and there a is a club in the building next to it.
The double bed was two single mattresses, and so left an awkward crease in the middle, (was not especially uncomfortable, more just annoying)

L'emplacement est bien (proche commerces et transport), le monsieur à l'arrivée était serviable, les parties communes étaient propres, la literie était bonne.
L'odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain malgré la fenêtre ouverte, l'aspect général vieillissant, le bruit (un bar est juste en dessous), les 83€ de taxes de séjour qu'il fallait payer impérativement en espèce (car je site "c'est pas un hotel") ...
