We loved the spacious room that was kindly provided for us. The balcony was a nice addition - good for standing there and reading. The mini fridge and towels etc. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was comfortable - no troubles sleeping.
There were signs of significant mould on the walls by the bedroom window and by the bed. The shower also had mold on the walls. It looked like it had been treated but not fully removed.

Perfect if you need to reach Termini Station, the National Library and Sapienza University. The room was spacious with a large window, also in the bathroom. The Anas Prime staff were nice and helpful
The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every sound from one room to another. There is a hostel in the building, so it is not particularly quiet anyway. Also, I had to pay 7 euro per night (cash) as City tax, but the structure is comparable to a 2 stars hotel.
