The beautiful kitchen is sure to delight any home chef, featuring a double oven, modern appliances, and ample cooking space. Enjoy a large open dining area overlooking Silver Lake's tranquil waters and the surrounding gardens. The home also includes a front deck with lake views, a fenced-in yard, a spacious living room, three bedrooms on the second level, and an additional lounge area.
The updated guest cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms—perfect for additional family or friends.
LOCATION: Ideally situated near Silver Lake, one of Rehoboth Beach's most picturesque natural landmarks—home to elegant waterfowl, peaceful walking paths, and stunning sunset views. Just a quick walk to South Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, where you'll find charming shops, oceanfront dining, and the famous Rehoboth bandstand. Beautiful house equipped with everything u need especially high end kitchen! Pool and guest house a big plus. My partner n I took the guest house n grandkids n their parents in the big house…we got to sleep in. Was just perfect for our family. Will be back!

We loved our stay at this house. The house and pool were amazing and very comfortable for our group during our week long stay. The location itself is on a very busy road and along with some construction noise next door, it was disruptive at times so be mindful of that!

Pool was best feature. House very well appointed. Compartmentalized rooms in main house. Kitchen small for size of house. Great location - short access to beach, downtown and rt 1.
