About this house rental
Magnificent 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with in ground pool in beautiful Silver Lake neighborhood- which is .5 miles to the beach (10 minute walk). Also a nice walk into downtown.
Important Disclosure: There is a minimum rental price of $3,500.00 plus any additional fees. For example, if the posted nightly rate is $500.00, guests are required to reserve the home for 7 nights or 7 x $500 = $3,500.00. For a shorter 4 night long weekend type stay, the rental price will be increased (4 x $875.00) to get to $3,500.00 total. Owner will revise price quote and submit adjusted rental price to potential guests for approval.
Newly constructed, two-story contemporary-style home. Private in-ground 28 foot pool with a porch over-looking the pool. Porch offers outdoor dining space as well. Upscale finishes throughout including white oak floors, and marble and tile baths. Ample natural light.
The first floor features an open floor plan, living room, kitchen, den, dining area, master en suite bath plus one additional hallway half bath. Six additional bedrooms on the second floor plus three full baths and bonus wet-bar area. Wrap around open-air porch off the front of the second floor with separate entrance. We stayed at this wonderful Rehoboth Beach house for the 3rd time when we needed a winter escape. Previously we had been in the summer, but even in the winter it never disappoints! The open living areas are very inviting, the kitchen is fantastic for cooking up family meals, and the pool deck is an absolute highlight (we used it less this visit, but typically we spend hours out there relaxing in the summer by the pool). The house is always super clean and well stocked (owners and property manager also responsive if anything does come up). Never had any issues with beds previously- but my wife did notice this time around that the mattresses seemed new and were very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a perfect vacation spot!

Spent a long weekend in this beautiful, spacious home with 13 of my closest friends and we had the best time. Upon entering the home, it was very clean, with everything you could possibly need for a stay. This home had a lot of thought put into it, and the amount of space in the house was plenty for 14 women! Courtney was very responsive, and so was the property manager during our stay. A quick walk to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and quick drive to Dewey restaurants and nightlife, it was in the perfect location. Hopefully one day I will have another reason to stay at this house again, as it was such a treat, like a resort away from home in good ole Rehoboth. It was hard to leave! Thank you Courtney for truly making my weekend and allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

The house is large and having a pool was wonderful! The basement was great for toddlers to run around on several rainy days!The furnishings in the first floor were easy to use. The bedrooms sizes were also ample. However the bedrooms were not well appointed. In the first floor primary, no dresser, nightstands very flimsy, and worst of all, the beds in every bedroom were unbelievably uncomfortable! Extremely bad, thin mattresses made each adult wake up with back pain. Also while I’m very aware that utensils in a rental are never particularly nice. These were so horrendous, really when one pays this much for a rental, one step up would have been appropriate.
