You can't get any closer to the beach than this. Wake up to the sound of the surf and the cooling ocean breeze in this spectacular oceanfront retreat, perfectly located in South Rehoboth—just steps from the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and the iconic Funland. This spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom, three-story home is the ideal setting for unforgettable memories with your loved ones—and your fur babies too (up to two dogs under 40 lbs are welcome with a pet fee and signed addendum). Savor your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail on the oceanfront balcony as the waves lap at the shore below. On rainy days, send the kids up to the top-floor bonus room for video games, board games, and a well-stocked library, or gather for a movie night on one of the home's seven Smart TVs. Additional comforts include an outdoor shower, screened porch, gas grill, and electric fireplace, while the gourmet chef's kitchen is ready for home-cooked feasts—though the boardwalk's award-winning casual and fine dining is also just a short stroll away.
To make your stay even easier, the owner generously provides bed linens, bathmats, kitchen towels, full bath towel sets, and a beach towel for every guest, along with paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, hand soap, and shower gel. Beach gear is covered too—boogie boards, beach chairs, and other essentials are all provided, so you can pack light. Stays of seven nights or more include a complimentary departure clean (a $300 cleaning fee applies to shorter stays). Since the property has no on-site parking, three Rehoboth Beach parking permits are included. Please note: no smoking is permitted on the property. Available year-round, this oceanfront gem is also the perfect home base for enjoying Rehoboth's fall, winter, and spring festivals.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. We loved practically everything about this property! (Listing said there was a 3rd floor balcony which turned out to be untrue). The remodeled kitchen was a superb setting for our Thanksgiving feast. The landscaping upgrades were terrific. Beach access for kids and dog fit our needs to a tee. And Jimmy the property manager was so proud of his remodeling work, as he should be. Wonderful stay!

The house is in a great location. The view from the second floor balcony is just wonderful. It's lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the surf and to wake up to the sunrise over the Atlantic.The house itself is just okay. The bedrooms are very small, without enough room for a 2nd nightstand and lamp. The bathrooms are also small, with very little room for toiletries on a counter. The house had all kinds of furry dust balls in the kitchen and living room when we arrived, which were apparent when we put down the dogs' water bowl and dog beds. One of the nights we were there, starting at about 2 am, the alarm system in the house kept going off for no reason - thankfully the handyman / property manager was very nice, responsive, and replaced them the next day, as we had had a sleepless night. The furniture cushions in the screen porch are very old and should be replaced. The third floor is on the same air conditioning zone as the second floor, so it gets very warm up there, and there are cables on the windows which prevent them from opening much to cool it off. Although the kitchen is nicely renovated, the island is so large for the room that it is difficult to walk by one another. It is also managed by a realty company, so a lease is required through them, and we had a bad experience dealing with them after we left. For this kind of money, lesson learned, and we have booked a nicer house on the boardwalk with a 10/10 rating for our next stay.
