About this house rental
Only one block from the beach, this new construction 6 BR/5.5 BA house is perfect for your next beach vacation. New Castle is a quiet street yet only two blocks to Funland and three blocks to shops on Rehoboth Avenue. The house includes two two master suites. You may never even make it to the beach with the amazing heated private pool in the backyard! Or enjoy the cool enclosed rear porch or the screened-in front porch. Gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The property features off-street parking in the driveway for two cars. Between Oct 1 and May 30 there will be a separate fee to heat the pool. The pool is closed for the winter between Dec 1 and late March / Early April depending on the forecast. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.) NOT provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Rehoboth Beach home! We spent the week with our adult children and their young families, and the house was perfect for our large multigenerational group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out when needed, along with inviting gathering spaces where we could all be together, including the large dining table and comfortable family room.Our grandchildren especially loved playing in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing moments on the screened-in front porch. The location was excellent as well—a short walk to the beach and everything the boardwalk has to offer.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to other large groups looking for a beautifully maintained, well-appointed place to stay.

Gorgeous home nestled in the perfect location to access the beach, the boardwalk, shops and more. The owner was super communicative and made sure that we had a great stay. I highly recommend booking this stunning home for your Rehoboth beach getaway.
