New house completed June 2013, high quality 8 master bedrooms, 8.5 baths, large living/family/entertaining area, 4500 sq.ft interior, large front porch, large rear patio, two second story balconies, two fireplaces, large pool with jacuzzi, just over one block to beach in quiet, residential area within short walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, quaint shops, galleries, shopping. Main master suite includes seating area, private balcony, large walk-in shower and gas fireplace

Had a great week ... plenty of space for everyone! Added bonus that every bedroom had a full bathroom - soooo convenient. Love that there was so much sitting space so we could all be in the open concept bottom floor comfortably. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we ate outside twice! The front porch was my favorite- we even got to sit outside in the rainstorm! Thanks again!!

We stayed at the property located at 114 New Castle Street. The house is well-maintained, clean, and well worth the money to rent it. On check in day, the property owner visited to introduce himself and to ensure that we knew how to operate everything. I highly recommend staying at this property. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants
