Large House with Private Pool Just over 1 block to the beach!

Beautiful space, loved the fireplace and gourmet kitchen, great location

Beautiful home. Fabulous location! Upon putting the door code in, the security alarm went off and we also saw that the house wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Myles, our helpful and friendly rental agent quickly solve both problems A cleaning team soon arrived and did a great job,especially with 10 of us sitting on the front porch waiting They were even kind enough to help us carry in some of the bags. The kitchen is a huge gourmet space with tons of cabinets, counter tops, island and plenty of utensils. The only thing we could have used more of were larger coffee mugs. And the side counter with beverage cooler was put to good use. The living area could use more seating. There was only a three seat couch and 2 wing chairs. There is plenty of room for a large sectional with some recliners built in. The only TV was in that room, but our whole group didn’t have enough seating to relax and enjoy the big screen. If the occupancy is 12 guests, then there should be that many available seats. There was a wood bench, but that certainly should not be counted as seating for adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were furnished nicely and the mattresses were so comfortable (which is rare for a rental property). We did find it strange that none of the bedrooms had TVs. There was a big beautiful bottom level that was finished but had no furniture. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and found the neighborhood to be safe and so close to all downtown Rehoboth has to offer.

Great house

We had an amazing time with our kids and grandkids! The house was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic. The beach, boardwalk and most restaurants were walking distance. The pool in the backyard was great for the kids and we would definitely stay here again.
