This house is beautiful and very well decorated. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bar had an ice maker which was a great feature. The only thing that would have made this place perfect was if the outside pool area was a bit more cleaned up and put together. The outdoor furniture was a bit dirty and randomly placed around the yard. The loungers and pool chairs were piled up on top of each other. The outdoor table was covered in green pollen and debris. We also didn’t have access to the umbrellas or cushions for the chairs even though I messaged the host about it and it was shown in the listing. I understand being there in May the weather is still a bit unpredictable but the grass and landscaping was very patchy and could have used a clean up before we arrived. I think if all that was cleaned up and taken care of I would have given this place 5 stars.Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again in the future!

Gorgeous home. High end amenities. Kitchen well stocked with all you need. Great communication, all questions answered quickly. Easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. You do have to bring all of your own paper products, kitchen/DW/hand soaps etc. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week together in this beautiful home. It is elegant, and well appointed with space to gather or retreat. Nick and company was responsive and accommodating to requests. I would highly recommend making this home your vacation home getaway.
