La maison était propre et décorée avec goût. Jouets et lit parapluie disponibles pour les enfants.
Le couloir entre la première porte et la porte de la maison abrite les bacs aux poubelles et sent mauvais. Seulement deux fenêtres donc l'aeration peu.efficace. Il peut faire très chaud dans les pièces à l'etage.
