An absolutely wonderful penthouse — very clean, bright, and spacious. The location is excellent, right in an ideal spot for exploring the city. Everything was smooth and comfortable.

Cons: **RUDE HOST - I lowered my rating slightly just now because the host begged me to remove my previously higher rating, and when I gave him the facts and details behind my rating, he proceeded to name-call me and my culture. Completely unacceptable. Poor check-in procedure where I had to scramble to connect with the host day-of while I waited outside in the heat. A/C ran constantly yet never actually cooled to what it stated (day 1 to be fair was the end of a heat wave, but day 2 was a regular summer day) - this was with windows closed and all blinds closed per host instructions, which also removed our entire view (a main reason we booked). Bed was uncomfortable, wiggled/creaked even with a slight toss or turn, and one side was against the wall and had no side table - which gives you the awkward crawl out over your partner. Zero place to hang up clothes. Zero towel hooks or bars in the bathroom. Shower even when cranked to hot took several minutes of wasted water to warm up - so long that I actually started showering cold because I thought it'd never happen; it also has awkward shower doors that cut into the shower place, so it was challenging to dry off (and I'm small). Would only book again if a significant deal based on area hotels, but since we only saved a few euros, absolutely NOT worth it.
