Location from the train station about 6min leisure walk style, clean apartment, free welcome water and chocolates, quick response from host.
As most of Venice apts, the shower is very very tiny, and I am and short/small person.

Fantastic location. Good communication and easy entry/exit. Quiet. Good big comfy bed. Excellent restaurant literally around the corner as well.
Washing machine wasn’t going.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and has enough comfortable beds for a family of 5. It was a perfect location for Family, as its very close to the Venice Train station and Water Taxi. Close to attractions such as Gondola Ride, which is a 5-minute walk from there. Davod was a wonderful host, who clearly communicated through WhatsApp about lockbox code for collecting the Keys and checkout instructions.
We can hear people walking and talking outside as the apartment on a main alleyway. It would be nice to have some USB chargers in the apartment for emergency to charge phones as we lost ours on the train.
