The work will be contained to the garage area, but you may occasionally hear some construction noise during the day. We wanted to let you know in advance and appreciate your understanding while these improvements are being completed. PARKING ; during construction only permitted on the RIGHT side of the driveway and any street parking that is available Thank you!
Important House Rules:
- No parties are permitted on the premises.
- Pets are strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will be imposed if this rule is breached.
- Smoking and vaping are absolutely forbidden inside the rental, with a $1,000 fine for non-compliance.
- No unauthorized guests are allowed inside the home without prior written consent.
- All adults listed on the reservation must register with every booking.
-Please note that any damage to towels or bedding will result in a fee.
-PLEASE do not move any furniture.
