Modern 3 bedroom home in great location

It felt like i was at home without being home. I like that they had extra dog food.

This house was great and exactly what we needed. Our house was being renovated and we had to move out completely for 5 days. We packed up what we can to include our 2 dogs, 1 Rottweiler and 1 Frenchie. Even though the backyard was a little small for the dogs to move around the park was a 1 min walk away. Everything was so close and convenient. The house was clean and everything was in great working condition. The owner answered any questions we had and was easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!

Yes, the property was welcome to pets. There were some issues with cleanliness in terms of the stove having grease splatter on it and utensils being dirty (and needing a wash). There were also lights that didn't work. But, these are all fixable problems and nothing serious. Overall, it's a good place to rent. It's in a good location, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there are nice walking trails nearby.

The place was in a great location. Street parking if more than one car. Has a 1 car driveway for a small/med car. The place seemed great until I started unpacking. Thankfully the linens and upstairs bathroom seemed mostly clean.2nd bathroom upstairs had a lot of mold on the shower curtain which can be toxic to one's health. Downstairs bathroom wasn't fully cleaned by cleaners. When there are reminents of others having used the toilet, I consider that not clean. Kitchen was a good size and had what you may need. Although most things looked like they weren't really clean. The kitchen counter hadn't been cleaned and was sticky from the previous renters. I would have given this place a better rating if it had been fully cleaned, since we do pay for that to be done. My friend was pretty grossed out by the lack of cleanliness. 1 last thing to be aware of, when it's wet outside and you come in with wet shoes, loading or unloading, bring a towel to dry your feet at the matts on the floor do not dry your shoes. I slipped and hyperextended my knee.
