The house was very clean and was comfortable for our family. There are some minor cosmetic stuff that could be done to make it a little better but overall the house was great. The off street parking didnt work for us because we were in a medium to larger truck so we would stick out passed the sidewalk and the driveway is super narrow. We parked on the street right in front of the house though with no issues. The grill in the back is pretty rusted, so we didn't use that but, the back patio was actually really pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities for cooking and we had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up after. The neighborhood was quiet and had easy access to stores and the freeway. It's minutes to Downtown and the airport. Overall the trip was pleasant and comfortable.

Johnny responded quickly with a couple of our requests and questions. Allowed us to check-in a bit early, which was greatly appreciated…The location was great for our group to take in a couple Athletics games. The unit was perfect for 3 couples. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was nice to be able to park one (medium sized) vehicle in the garage. The only cleanliness issue was it looked like the BBQ had not been cleaned or used in awhile. We had brought meat to put on the grill, but wasn’t able to. But, we found a fun, good bbq restaurant in its place, so it was all good!Really enjoyed the setup for our group!Thank you, Johnny!

Overall the stay was fine.Check in went really smooth.Bedding and towels were clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The disappointment was that we saw a review that had pictures of the BBQ on the back porch and it was filthy dirty. So we contacted Johnny five a week before our stay and asked for it to be cleaned before we arrived. To our disappointment it was not clean or in working order. But overall, our stay in the house was fine and comfortable.
