,very nice upgraded home ,Attached 2 car tandem garage ,near downtown Sacramento , upscale neighborhood, 250 feet from park. Alarm code can be provided upon check in. Extra bathroom toiletries provided upon request.

Very spacious. Clean. Very close to all sorts of businesses. Great place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Quick and communication with property manager. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. Safe neighborhood close to airport and stadiums.

Approximately 4hrs prior to check in I realized I was not provided check in information by the owner, most importantly lock box code #. After having my 16yr old double check dad’s computer illiteracy, it was confirmed that the information had not been received. I sent an email to the owner from the confirmation email from VRBO. After waiting approximately 1 hour, I left a voice message with the owner. Approx 1 hour later I left a second voice mail with the owner and approx an hour after that I called VRBO. After I established who I was with VRBO, they were able to get the owner on the call. I described my situation to the owner, who said he has someone else handle this for him. By this time, it was approximately 50min after check in. If the owner would have said “sorry about that” or shown any form of remorse, I would not be writing this review now. I received a text with the code from the owner 53 min after the 4pm check in, again no apology was in the content of the text. Attempting to gain access for our prepaid rental while trying to coordinate the transport of our 75yr old Nana from out of town was not fun. This didn’t ruin our 75yr birthday celebration weekend but it definitely didn't help the mood. The property was as described and very clean. My wife and I have used VRBO rentals for close to 30yrs, we both work full time and still have kids at home. I would venture to say communication can be more important than a view. I would not stay here again.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. This is our go to when dropping our child off at school. It was very convenient to UC Davis and Sacramento airport. The place remained clean and well appointed. I went for jog and felt quite safe in the neighborhood. We plan to stay again next year!

This was the best VRBO we’ve stayed in! The description was accurate. Great location. Great house. Clean! There were plenty of household items for use such as dish soap, coffee, toilet paper, etc. Some places are stingy with these things but not this place! Would definitely stay here again.

We were dropping our child off at UCDavis and wanted a house. Honestly we chose it solely based on proximity (West Sacramento was as close as we could get) but it turned out to be great in other ways too. Close to grocery. Really good fruit stand nearby. And the owner was very easy to communicate with. The backyard was nice to sit in and the park nearby was good for an afternoon stroll.

Over all the property was very nice. easy check in. A few items needed to be fixed.. Mainly a number of light switches were broke, needing repair. back patio was not clean so we couldn't go outside and use it. everything else about the property was very nice.

Perfect location for Sacramento and Davis excursions, airport connections, and quiet family time. Three bedrooms, three toilets, two showers, and great room consisting of kitchen, dining, and living room. Visits to the zoo, old town, the capital, and UC Davis we’re quick and easy. Neighborhood was wonderful for walks and runs. Really would have been fun to have my bicycle. I would schedule this VRBO again.
