The owner/manager was great to communicate with; the location was great and the beds were nice. Products inside the give for soap abs washing dishes were poor quality- seemed watered down. We had to re-wash cleaned dishes before using them. The living room space was nice and nice to eat outside on the patio!

It was a decent spot for quick sac trip. House could use a deep professional clean and some updates/ touch ups. It was a detached town house with good amount of space for family and well stocked.

Property was well maintained. Host was amazing. I needed early check-in and he was able to accommodate us. He responded to my questions within the hour (if not sooner). There were 3 couples, all driving. Parking was a little less than desirable. Only one car in driveway. Overall, experience was excellent. I would rent this property again.

The place was in a great location. Street parking if more than one car. Has a 1 car driveway for a small/med car. The place seemed great until I started unpacking. Thankfully the linens and upstairs bathroom seemed mostly clean.2nd bathroom upstairs had a lot of mold on the shower curtain which can be toxic to one's health. Downstairs bathroom wasn't fully cleaned by cleaners. When there are reminents of others having used the toilet, I consider that not clean. Kitchen was a good size and had what you may need. Although most things looked like they weren't really clean. The kitchen counter hadn't been cleaned and was sticky from the previous renters. I would have given this place a better rating if it had been fully cleaned, since we do pay for that to be done. My friend was pretty grossed out by the lack of cleanliness. 1 last thing to be aware of, when it's wet outside and you come in with wet shoes, loading or unloading, bring a towel to dry your feet at the matts on the floor do not dry your shoes. I slipped and hyperextended my knee.

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within 5 miles.

This was the perfect 4 night stay while we were in town for a swim meet. Location was perfect— centrally located in lovely neighborhood w parks & trails. House was spotless and well stocked. Donovan was an outstanding host— very responsive if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location with easy access from the freeway. Has all the basics and host responds quickly. House could use some updates and a little deep cleaning. We only stayed one night on two occasions going to and from a longer road trip. For our needs it was fine. For longer stays a few considerations. Keep in mind these are minor and overall the place was just fine. First, the AC is off when you first come. In the middle of summer that is a problem. Especially if you are getting in late like we did. House did not cool until after midnight which made getting sleep after an 11 hour car ride difficult. there are dead plants and just general maintenance that could be done. Example are the AC vents which looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time. We brought our own sponge for kitchen cleaning and it was still there two weeks later when we returned and it doesn't look like the cleaning crews clean under the beds.

We needed a place for 5 of us to crash for 8 hours before we flew out of the Sac airport. The house was conveniently located. The bedding and towels didn’t smell clean, and the house was not cleaned very well, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Communication with the host was very quick and helpful- but was only needed because the door code wasn’t in the informational email where it should have been. It got the job done, but wasn’t an enjoyable stay.

Location was perfect! 1) Primary bed sags like a cereal bowl, needs replacing. 2) None of the table or floor lamps worked. 3) No box tissue anywhere 4) No hand towels, only bath towels 5) A bathroom drain missing drain cap 6) No working front porch light 7) no type written instructions for TV 8) floors dirty 9) Owner is very responsive, but when I asked about the lack of dishtowels, he asked if I'd spend time to go buy them for the unit, and he'd "reimburse me up to $20" 10) No type written or other instructions provided for check out. The value of the unit is incredibly in line with other VRBO's in the area, however the unit needs additional attention to details, for a comfortable stay.

Place worked very well and located centrally and could get to courses we played in less than 45 minutes. Good TV with sports which was a must. Grill worked and made cooking easier for those that do want put major effort into it (which we did not). One bed not comfortable but couch worked in its replacement. No mixing bowls or cooking sheets. These would have been welcome but not a show stopper. Overall good hit but wish I would have played golf a LITTLE bit better!!

Quiet neighborhood and nice place to stay! Close to the event some of us were attending downtown, but in a nice peaceful neighborhood location. Excellent spot for anyone that likes to walk, run, or bike. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this Home!!! More than that—the Host was incredibly thoughtful and showed us super hospitality with his thoughtfulness!!! This was the icing on the cake! The home is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the decor and had everything we needed to feel at home!!! We were also thrilled with the fact that this Stunning Sac Home was located between all 5 of the various celebratory event locations that were planned for our Wedding weekend here in Sac! From old town Sac to the Maples Venue, this destination wedding was easy to navigate because this home is nestled in a lovely community close to where interstates 5, 80 and 99 all converge. Regardless if we needed to run out to Auburn or downtown, it was perfect! Well Done Donovan!!! We will certainly stay again if ever in Sac!!! Thank You!

This place was absolutely disgustingly dirty, it was so bad we had to leave, hair and stains in the bed, food crumbs everywhere, everything was sticky and dirty. Now the owner won’t refund the money we spent. Stay away from this place!!

The property location was very convenient; the capitol building and several shopping locations were less than 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and seemed very safe. The property itself was nice, clean, and spacious; the living room and kitchen are on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the second. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and pleasing. Make sure to contact the owner for the door code before you arrive.

This was my first Vrbo experience, and I have to say, as a parent to three boys aged 12 to 16, this method of stay surpasses hotel living and sharing beds. The property is well appointed, including a nice patio with grill that provided some nice nights in with the family over the stay. Being close to a park helped get the kids out and staying active as well. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very pleasant, each with a top notch celing fan allowing each occupant to adjust the temperature of the room without impacting the entire house. It was very nice to be able to do laundry on site, giving us the ability to pack lighter than usual for a six day stay.
