SUMMARY
Perfectly situated just steps away from the sand, this seaside retreat is ideal for a relaxing beach retreat. This beautiful 2-story 2 bedroom + 1.5 bathroom vacation home is located on the second & third floors (with its own exterior main entry off the ground level) offering a fresh remodel with stunning and relaxing beach décor. Sleeps 6 (4 adults max). *Note- BBQ and patio is shared with the building. *Note - No A/C.
INTERIOR LAYOUT
Step into this wonderful beach retreat & you will be amazed by details & designer upgrades. As you walk in, you will find a dedicated work space. Take the few stairs up to the second floor which is home to the main living area including the gourmet kitchen that features high-end cabinetry, quartz countertops & breakfast bar. Fantastic open floorplan with 6 person dining area & as well as the spacious living room with large Smart TV. There is also half bathroom on this level.
On the third floor you will find a luxurious primary bedroom with a brand new Queen size bed, Smart TV and a large closet. The ensuite bathroom can also be accessed in the hallway, and features both a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combo, perfect for the kiddos. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed in addition to a Twin/Twin bunk bed, and a Smart TV. A full sized washer & dryer is located in the garage.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home!
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

The place was super clean with beachy decor. Definitely a vacation spot. Kitchen looked as if one could easily cook all kinds of dishes there. I never cooked during my stay, too many fun restaurants to explore in SD!!! Awesome to have a garage in that area. The reason I gave it only a 4 overall was because of its lighting. For privacy you need to pretty much have all blinds down, which makes the place rather dark. None of their lights were on dimmer, resulting in an atmosphere that is close to an office vibe.

Clean, cozy house for family vacation. Walking distance to the beach. If someone looking for 100% quiet place it’s not this type of neighborhood. All houses very close, no AC and you have to open windows. But we had a great time and all process was so easy. Thank you!

Overall we had such a great time at this property. Everything was clean and exactly as listed with a few surprises such as games to play. This was fun since we had two 16 year olds with us. The location to the beach was great. I was concerned on being too far from Belmont Park but it was perfect. It was far enough that there were moments the beach wasn’t very busy but just a few minutes and you could have the hustle and bustle. Great food around that is easy to walk to. Just an overall great time.
