Children love the built-in double bunks, cubbyhole lighting and extra drawers for gear & toys. Wide doorways for physically challenged.
This bayfront property is great for action......whether just watching others or your family play sport on the GRASS, dig in SAND or paddle board on calm WATER in San Juan Cove. If you'd like to take it up a notch try yoga on a surf board!
Santa Clara Pt. is just steps away where there is opportunity to rent boards, boats, jet skis, sign up for summer camps, and park your extra car in the public lot or dock the boat. Your condo has 2 outside parking spaces and outside under staircase locked storage.

We loved our stay. The rental was clean and set up so perfectly for our family. Our five kids enjoyed the bunk room, and there were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for us. The home was a short walk to mission beach, which we frequented. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were beach chairs and tons of sand toys for the kids. The location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for anyone with kids right on the bay so you can enjoy your coffee from the patio while they play. Then walk to the beach in the afternoon. We will be here staying again.

Such an amazing location. Property was extremely comfortable and exactly as advertised, if not better. The views off the patio are outstanding, especially at sunrise. I will definitely reach out again on my next visit to San Diego.My only quibble is that the internet connection was not great. Video calls would frequently stutter and skip. I don't think this was a problem with the property though as it seemed localized to the area. When I would go to bars, coffee shops, or restaurants within a few blocks, I had the exact same problem. I'm guessing it was an issue with the internet company itself. Something localized to the area. I'm definitely not holding it against this amazing host or her property.
