Complete remodel in 2020, hip, fun, and stylish. This townhome is part of only a 3 unit complex. This unit is the front unit with great access to the courtyard where you will find a Barbeque, outdoor dining, fire pit, and endless possibilities for people watching. Living space is on the main level with views of the bay, master bedroom, and bath on the second level along with the secondary bed, bath, and laundry. The third bedroom is at the entry-level.
Guest access
The entire Townhome and garage are exclusive to you. There is a 3rd parking spot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The front patio is a shared space with the other two owners who live out of town.

Such a cute place! The beach access was wonderful, the home was adorable and Scott was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing beach getaway.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Sweet beach cottage vibe and the location was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more, perfect sleeping arrangements with the bunk bed for our littles. We walked to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Having the garage all to ourselves to fit our rental car was also a perk! No worrying about parking. We also greatly appreciated how responsive and communicative the host was; very helpful and for peace of mind. Would recommend!
