Second level 1745 sq ft condo with panoramic view of boats, rowers, swimmers, paddle-boarders, sunbathers, dog walkers (sorry no pets allowed on property). Children are encouraged & very much allowed to just have fun - play, explore, search for shoreline treasure! All summer camps are just steps away on Santa Clara Pt. along with a fenced playground for the very young. Extra day parking too!! This is a WIN WIN for everyone. This condo has a private entry patio on Ormond Court which can be opened to the beach level condo (3648 Bayside Walk). Many of my tenants book both condos for shared vacations with extra family and friends. The 1 car garage is often used for toys, bikes, boards with the large family van in the outside parking spot.

Very nice quiet location. It was within walking distance to a lot of businesses. Bay right in front, unit provided beach equipment and a volleyball net which was great for all.

We loved our stay. We were there for a full month and loved watching the sunrise over the bay and the beach from the deck and breakfast table.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location is unbeatable. The bay is your backyard and there is a great balcony to enjoy the view. The large kitchen is particularly nice. Communication with the host was friendly and easy. The unit is pretty dated however, which is evident in the online pictures. A little updating would go a long way. And aside from the high traffic areas, the house needs a major deep clean. Thick dust coated lamps and walls/baseboards. The fans provided (there is no A/C) were so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable using them. Lots of broken shutters in primary bedroom and most things requiring batteries (including the thermostat) need replacing. The place has great bones and just needs a little bit of love.
