Take in stunning water & white sandy beach views from this expansive Ground Floor Unit, offering our guests with the entire 55' waterfront ground-level patio *exclusive to this offering (not shared with other units). With a spacious open floorplan & beach views from nearly all rooms, this 3br + 2.5ba home sleeps 10 (8 adults max) & features SMART TVs in all rooms, convenient single level (no stairs!), A/C, folding patio doors that face the bay & beach gear.

INTERIOR FEATURES
As you enter you'll be greeted by a spacious open floorplan concept, with floor to ceiling folding accordion patio doors that look out to the bay. The kitchen, dining room, living room, & lounge area all flow seamlessly & have water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances & granite counters with lots of counter space, as well as bar seating for 4+. The expansive dining table comfortable seats 8, with a separate lounge area with seating for 4. The living area is anchored by a custom black plush sofa with double bed, stunning 75" SMART TV, work/computer station, recessed lighting, and is flanked by an endless wall of glass doors that opens to the waterfront patio & allows for refreshing coastal breezes.

The Master Suite is perfectly situated on the South East corner of the building (separate from the other 2 Bedrooms), allowing for incredible sunrises & water views. Features include a King bed, mounted Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with elegant vanity & luxurious dual sinks, custom travertine tile & soaking spa tub while watching cable TV on a separate mounted Smart TV! Br 2 also has an ensuite bathroom with modern/sleek finished concrete counters & travertine surround shower, and features 2 Queen sized beds + a 50" SMART TV. Just across the hallway is br 3 & is the perfect setup for children with dual twin beds. All bedrooms are outfitted with a beautiful deep brown hardwood flooring.

Step outside into your exclusive ***55' wide Exclusive Beach-Front Patio***. This comes fully equipped with a patio table, seating & BBQ. We also provide a storage shed for beach gear including boogie boards & beach chairs .

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

The location is great.the condo is spacious and roomy, My family and I were very comfortable. Management was responsive to questions and inquiries. I would rent this hous again.

We had our family stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed the location, ground floor access to the beach, large kitchen, laundry and BBQ during our stay. Everything was clean and what we would have hoped for. Thank you!

It seems to be in a bit of repair from recent storms. Very musty smell like water is leaking somewhere. We had issues with the electricity Friday night. Couldn’t cook, read or watch tv the first night. The tv in the living room and front bedrooms we couldn’t get to operate. We got the electricity working on Saturday. We think their could be a short.
