SUMMARY
Enjoy your San Diego vacation in this charming & beachy 3 Level + Sky Deck 4br+3.5ba House (no shared walls!) just steps to the Ocean and 1 block from the Bay in the neighborhood of North Mission Beach. This high end home features 360* Ocean & Bay Views from the top floor Sky Deck with firepit and BBQ, a cozy interior space that seamlessly flows into 4 separate outdoor spaces, quartz counters, A/C, and is just a short walk to local dining. Sleeps 10 (8 adults max).
GROUND LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1 Patio)
The front of the home has a nice sitting area and front door that leads to the main living area… a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. The living room has a new sofa, Smart TV, & easy access to the dining room with seating for 8 as well as our galley style kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living/dining area & features sleek quartz counters, glass tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances & bar seating for 2. Just off the living room is a half bath.
SECOND LEVEL (2Br's + 2Ba's + 1 Patio)
Stairs will lead you to the second level that features our spacious master retreat. This private area boasts a Queen size bed, spacious closet, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with quartz dual vanity sinks & a tub/shower combo. There is also your very own peek-a-boo ocean view patio which features a sitting bench, 4 barstools at the counter and a large open air tanning bed.
There is 1 additional bedroom on this level, featuring a King sized bed & Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a quartz sink and tiled step in surround shower, as well as a washer/dryer further down the hallway.
THIRD LEVEL (2Br + 1Ba + 1 Patio)
A second flight of stairs will lead you to the bright and sunny bedrooms. Br#3 features a Queen bed and a Twin bunk bed with Smart TV. There is an ocean view patio to let the breeze in off of this fun sleeping space. Br#4 features a Twin over Full bunk bed and Smart TV. The hallway bath features Quartz counter and tiled tub/shower combo.
FOURTH LEVEL (Sky Deck with Ocean + Bay + City views)
A third flight of stairs will lead you to the light & bright Sky Level Deck, the ideal spot to soak up the San Diego sun & beautiful 360* Ocean & Bay views! Plenty of seating, BBQ and an ideal gas fire pit fill our favorite rooftop space, encouraging you to stay right here for Sunset Views!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

the beach view was very nice. close to the boardwalk. the queen bed was in the master suit, and the king was in the queen suit. that was a little confusing...

We had a wonderful stay in San Diego! The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The home was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated how well stocked everything was — plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials so we didn’t have to worry about anything during our trip. The location was perfect and made getting around very convenient while still feeling safe and comfortable for our family. Overall it felt relaxing and stress-free, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location for a vacation was great, literally walk out the door and within a small walking distance the beach was right there. The cleanliness was poor. There was sand all over the floor upon checking in, ants around the kitchen and counters. What you expect from a rental house to be honest. The dishwasher didn’t work, we found that out after starting it and it had a bad sewage smell that lingered throughout the whole kitchen so we just ended up hand washing.The parking is absolutely atrocious. We had a van and it did not fit in the extra space nor the garage. If you have a Toyota Corolla/prius or a very, very small crossover you can get it in….just barely though. Otherwise, you are left parking on mission blvd somewhere and half the time you had to park 10-15minutes (walking) to find a spot and making sure you are parked in a non towing or 2 hour parking space. The size of the house was great though for 9 people- 6 adults and 3 kids. Overall, we would give the house a 3 out of 5. They need some painting redone, there are no hooks to hang things (towels) and one of the bedrooms doesn’t have any thing to put your clothes on/in. Rooftop was great, grocery store was walking distance, coffee shops, and other things. Lots of homeless people walking around looking in your trash. The house was good for what we needed it, I would recommend them fixing the dishwasher, repainting, deep cleaning, putting hooks up, getting new mattresses-they were yellow and dirty.
