Comes with fully stocked kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, plates, utensils, refrigerator, etc. High Speed WIFI Internet (1 GBPS), Smart TVs in all rooms, free washer/dryer in laundry room(Shared with unit downstairs), balcony with BBQ (You do not have access to the patio- that is for the downstairs unit), and table and chairs on balcony, and 1 reserved parking space in the covered carport. Property is located 1/2 block to bay, 1 1/2 block to ocean in Mission Beach. Very close proximity to Belmont Park.
This Duplex is 1 block away from Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glowing the dark miniature golf, laser tag, climbing wall, escape room, arcade, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.
