MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR FRIEND GROUPS:

For friend groups we require everyone in the group to be over the age of 30 and could not agree to more than 6 people total (incl. visitors).

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to send copies to Identification prior to checking in to receive a lockbox code.

No Animals, No Smoking, No Parties.
No guests will be allowed on property without disclosure prior to booking reservation.


PS- 8/24/26- The building across the court and down a couple houses has been demolished and will be in the process of rebuilding soon. We do not know when they will start because the owner of the lot has not notified anyone of any plans. They could start sometime within the next 2 years per normal Coastal Commission approved building procedure time frames. Noise could be experienced from construction in the future and possibility during your stay. Please consider this when renting this property. We will keep updating this page with each stage during their construction build once they start.
