- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This property is a ground-floor unit. The home has a back patio, no balcony or balcony access.
- Please note: The home has a mini-split AC unit located in the living room. Bedrooms are not air-conditioned.
- This home does not have a washer & dryer.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

Parking Details:
There is space for one car onsite.
Please be aware that street parking is extremely limited, therefore this home would be best suited for those that only have 1 vehicle/rideshare.
Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Pros: Excellent communication (even at midnight when we were checking in), awesome location, beds were comfortable, the unit was clean. Cons: Didn't have AC and could use stronger fans, very tired and needs an update especially in bathrooms, musty smell that could be helped by the staff using dehumidifiers, had some issues with WiFi going in/out. The toilet off of the master bedroom made an annoying whistle sound which my husband had to take the lid off to fix each time (mgmt was willing to send a maintenance person to fix it but we declined since we were only there for a short stay). The unit is very tired but I gave a 10 rating b/c it was priced fairly and our overall expectations were met. I would also stay there again. Again, great communication by the staff!

The property itself is great, clean and quiet. The location is just amazing. You can watch the fireworks at 9pm every eveningb from the porch.

The house is exactly as pictured very quiet neighborhood perfect for a small family like mine! Parking was a little tight but everything else was great!

Really nice spot on the bay, with an outdoor patio. Property needs some care (curtain rods kept falling down, door lock was difficult to operate, no dresser or drawers to store clothes) but overall a good price to stay right on the water.
