Enjoy the charm of Mission Beach in this upper-level triplex just steps from the sand and boardwalk. Perfect for families, the home features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen/double) and 1 full bathroom, along with a fully stocked kitchen and open living area with a large cable TV. Relax in the bamboo-decked sunroom, dine indoors or on the shared deck, and take in ocean breezes and sunsets. Guests also have access to a shared BBQ patio, coin-operated washer/dryer, and beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and toys. High-speed internet is included for remote work or school. Your one designated parking spot is a one car garage marked 720. Conveniently located near Belmont Park, Balboa Park, La Jolla Village, and the San Diego Zoo. Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am. No pets, no smoking, and guests must follow the good neighbor policy.

You could see the beach from the upper deck. Beautiful morning coffee spot. This was a great place for a family of four. Bedding, towels, kitchen supplies all provided. Wash and dryer available (shared between property units) 2/per load per machine in the garage. Beach toys and accessories also available, stored in the garage. Will definitely look at staying with this group again.

The stay was what we expected. The host let us add another night on to our stay which was really nice. I did ask them for the cost of another night before they added it but they just added it without telling me which led to a little confusion but nothing crazy. The beach view is there...it is small but you can hear the waves and that was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels. The place was clean. Not super spectacularly clean but clean enough for us! The location could not be beat!!! Right by the beach, stores, restaurants....the kids loved that and we loved sending the kids out to do their own thing. They are 15 and 19 and the area was safe. The kids also really enjoyed the boogie boards. I think the hardest part of the stay was finding the garage to park in. It is in the alley behind the house. It took us a bit to figure that out after 10 hours of traveling. The neighbors were nice and showed us the way to go. The garage is a very tight fit. The car we wanted to rent was not available so the company thought it was doing us a favor by giving us a huge SUV. Parking and leaving the garage was tricky but we managed. Overall we would totally stay there again and missed the location the second we left!

We had a nice overall experience, especially for the value.The biggest highlight was the location. It truly is just steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The home itself was a good size for our family of four, and we appreciated the nice view as well. Having a garage for parking was a big plus, and it was great that beach toys and boogie boards were provided. When I reached out during our stay, the property managers were responsive and dropped off cleaning spray, which I appreciated. The kitchen was a good size and the table was nice for having family dinners. The only negatives was the cleanliness, but not horrible for the price. I had to wipe down closets and drawers before using them because they were dusty. The curtain rod was also dusty and fell easily when we tried to open the curtains, which was frustrating. Additionally, I tried contacting the property management company ahead of time to ask about parking and what size vehicle would fit in the garage, but didn’t receive a clear answer. We ended up renting a Chevy Trax, which luckily fit (I wouldn’t recommend anything larger). Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a great location at a good value. We overall enjoyed our stay here.
