Walk just 1 house from the bay & boardwalk up to your penthouse townhome featuring fun & beachy blue/orange/tan exterior tones. Step into a gated ground level patio with patio chairs & convenient hose & for rinsing your feet after a fun day at the beach! Just inside the main front entry door is a stackable washer/dryer & access to the 2 car tandem garage (see Parking section below for further info).

A wide stairway with beautiful wood flooring will lead you to your top level penthouse main living area! This open floorplan space is filled with wonderful natural bright light, with windows galore & soaring ceilings.

The living room includes an oversized plush double sofa sectional, huge LG SMART TV, & adjacent patio sliding doors that lead to our featured sun deck. The sun deck is the ideal spot for enjoying sunsets and sunrises and includes bay views, shade umbrella, BBQ, & seating. • Shopping & Dining! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• Water Activities! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Great location just steps from the beach with a beautiful sunrise view over the bay. Surprisingly quiet considering most of the surrounding condos are rentals. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for stairs, but it was well worth it for the view. Would definitely rent again!

Great location, so much to walk to! Property was very clean, beds super comfortable and bedrooms/bedroom closets good size. Very well appointed and modern kitchen with high end appliances and quite a variety or pots, pans, bowls and containers, coffe and tea pots, the list goes on and on! It rained the whole time we were there so we weren’t able to use the grill on the balcony as I had hoped to do. My very talented husband was able to back in his 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 into the garage! It was a tight squeeze but it fit! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

We had a great stay! This condo is in a great location. A close drive to everything we wanted to do and walkable to some restaurants as well as Starbucks. We ate at the Sandbar Sports bar one evening and it was great! It was nice to be able to easily get to downtown San Diego, Pacific Beach and La Jolla but still be in a quieter area. The condo was just as described. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good communication with rental company. The garage was a tight fit but worked:) There are several flights of stairs in the unit but that allows for a pretty view. Thanks for a great stay!
