The main living area great room connects the kitchen to the living room to provide an open & spacious space for the whole group to gather. • Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

We loved our stay! Beds were comfy, air conditioning was great, kitchen well appointed and living space was comfortable and classy. Excellent location steps from the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Beautiful sunrise from the deck in the morning and then see the sunset glow in the evening. One recommendation is to add towel hooks in the master bath.

The rental included all necessitites though it was lacking in some niceties, such as towel racks in master bath (picky). It is 30 steps from garage/front door to living area. Garage is TIGHT (but dedicated clean parking provided) and includes some basic beach items (chairs, cooler, toys)! Beds were super comfortable and kitchen, while City tight, had all the essentials. Highly recommend for access to both Bay & Oceanside and only 15 - 20 minute drive to SeaWorld, Old Town, Zoo, etc.

What a nice stay. With 4 adults and two children we were very comfortable. It was nice to have on sir parking large enough for two vehicles. We walked to the bay and the beach with all the toys and it was very easy
