This beach house is absolute perfection. The location was perfect; it's close to the beach and yet you don't have all the noise that goes with being that close. The house was comfortable and there was ample room for everyone. The beds were all comfortable and we loved that there were numerous fans to cool the house down. We used the kitchen for almost all our meals and found nothing lacking. The outside was perfect for our little guy to play and for us to sit and enjoy the shade and cool breeze. This really is a perfect place to stay; the location can't be beat!

Overall a decent property for a small family and really close to the beach. For the most part the house was clean except for the floors. The floors were very dirty. Our socks and feet’s were black within minutes of walking around the house without shoes on. I would hope for a location like that the cleaners mop the floors between renters, but maybe my expectations were too high. Could use an update on the furniture, but it wasn’t the most expensive option so maybe that is part of it. Property was a little more expensive than I’d expect for the quality of the furnishings and the conditions of the house. I acknowledge the fact that it did say it was extra cost for early check in, but I felt “nickel and dime’d” for requesting to check in at 3 PM. 4 PM is a very late check in time but they were transparent about it. I’ve requested early check in before and others have waived the fee out of courtesy for an hour or two early. Which I believe would have been the right thing to do. Just my opinion.

No sound on livingroom tv. Couches were worn and stained. Couldn’t use the front door.
