Location, location, location! Welcome to our comfortable beach retreat just one block away from the pristine sands of Mission Beach and Bay! This spacious 2-bed, 1-bath apartment is the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, surf, and relaxation. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing before strolling over to the beach or bay for a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy one dedicated parking space, a full kitchen, high speed WiFi and beach essentials. We have just what you need for the perfect getaway
With its unbeatable location and charming ambiance, our place is sure to make your vacation unforgettable.
2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath:
Bedroom 1 has two King Beds
Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed
Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa
Family Friendly Amenities:

- We have a pack n' play travel crib always at the listing for your use. A regular crib, as well as other baby gear, is available to rent from a third party company for an additional fee. Just reach out and we're happy to refer you over!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire second floor unit with no shared spaces. There is another unit below that is separate.
Other things to note
Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do have ceiling fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Mission Beach.
Guests must climb stairs, as the unit is on the second floor.
Please be aware that the neighboring building is undergoing a construction project through spring 2025. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours.
