• WATER ACTIVITIES If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Views were amazing! Kitchen had everything that we needed. Parking was tight but manageable and safe. Plenty of beach towels for the whole family. Access to beach chairs, boogie board was fantastic. We used Cheap Rentals for surf boards, skateboard and bike rentals. It was an amazing trip from start to finish!

Absolutely beautiful and safe, completely renovated ocean front apartment on the top (4th) floor. Everything is new and the finishes are top quality. This property exceeded our expectations and I very rarely say that. It was rated 10 out of 10 and it most certainly deserves that. Reviews are typically overstated in my opinion, but this one is definitely a 10.Kitchen is large, open and has new appliances. The property has a new washer/dryer combo that took a little getting used to, but works just fine. Bathrooms have been fully renovated. The two ocean front glass doors in the living room fold completely open and out of the way so you can listen to the waves coming in right from the couch. The place was very clean. We didn’t notice any areas of concern.Parking is in an open air garage under the unit. It’s nice that it’s off street, but be prepared, the spots are incredibly tight.Also, beach chairs and boogy boards are located in a locked storage room on the 1st floor and are free to use. One recommendation is to add a few beach umbrellas so we could sit on the beach longer and not get burnt.We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This place is great. The view was awesome. Great location and very relaxing. We very much enjoyed being able to walk around the beach everyday and play at the beach some. Need a smaller car though as parking in the garage can be tight. Definitely recommend this place.
