Excellent stay in a great location. The apartment is ideally situated close to Almaty’s main lively streets, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Located on the 12th floor with 2 elevators, it offers a nice view, while the entrance and common areas are clean and well maintained. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Access was easy and secure, and payment by bank card was smooth. Overall, a very pleasant experience — highly recommended!

Great location and good view. Kok tobe and some mountains are visible. You can walk to Arbat without crossing a street, and to Panfilov Park with only one intersection. High floor and a there's a screen on the window, so there's little noise from the street and not much dust entering through the window. Washing machine worked fine, with enough hangers and a somewhat broken drying rack. Wifi was good. Water boiler and microwave and fridge and very basic pans and cooking utensils. There are enough seats, and mostly the furniture is fine. There is a working vaccuum.

Mabe not the hosts fault, but still caused inconvenience: The hot water in the shower sometimes ran out, once for over 15 minutes. Sometimes the water smelled bad too, like slightly sulfuric. The shower went from warming up to very cold with nothing in between. The two codes to get into the building complex and into the elevator lobby were really dumb. When it did work you'd have to wait 10 seconds for the first and at least 15 seconds for the second, but many times it didn't work. It seems like if anyone had pressed any button within the last 3 minutes you'd have to wait for the thing to clear for a few minutes until trying again. One time it just wouldn't work and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to leave to walk in. This seemed to be a problem for everyone in the building, as there was always a few people waiting around the doors to get in with the door code making noises but not working. All the pots are a bit too small to cook for two hungry people. The bamboo cutting board and spatula feel very cheap and like they're shedding small splinters of bamboo. The water from the tap is very heavy and covers the water boiler in a white film after a single use. There is a water dispenser for money outside the building, but since it's the top floor it's annoying to get to. The curtains do not block all the light. The window faces east and gets direct sunrise light. If light wakes you up then you'll probably wake up about an hour after sunrise every day. The hosts were not the best people that I've met in Kazakhstan

It is at the City and very close to Arbat street. Check in & Check out was comfortable and the staffs are available online for support. All amenities are near by & Safe for family
