Right on arbat street, centrally located apartment in an old building. But, the interior is as described. Communication was good.
There were sheets drying in the balcony(not ours) making it unusable.

Good location, air conditioning, host was very responsive and helpful (even when we were not staying at the apartment anymore, we could contact her for the advice)
Not so good wifi, in bedroom it worked badly, a little bit hard beds

The house is beautiful and very clean. It is newly renovated ans very stylish. The size is good for 4 people. Location is right on arbat street. Very convenient.
It is a bit hard to find the apartment if you dont have a local to help you out. There is an elevator but you need to go up 5 steps before you reach the elevator. First time opening the digital lock is a bit difficult.
