AC cooling,only one AC not sufficient in summer.

Good location and clean room!

Exceptionally clean! Instructions for entrance was clear. Very quiet, especially at night, and a very comfortable bed makes for a great sleep. Cafes at ground level were excellent. Close to any needed bus route and much was walkable. Supermarket in ground floor of Mega Box mall very handy. Lots of space for luggage and the washing machine was appreciated.

The towels are very thin, very worn, shabby & very old. I am not the first to review this. Please change! Curtains are not block out and far too thin for a place where the sun rises before 5am! Coordination of communication between 2 different staff to collect payment was clunky.

Overall, we enjoyed the interior of the space provided especially the area of the building as it felt safe being in a gated community. Having a dryer/washing machine with many closet spaces was great. Having an elevator and scanning your doors to enter the apartment is a bonus. The many options of lighting were great and the view provided with a large window was perfect.

The wifi was EXTREMELY slow, it should not be shared by two different apartments - this was not ideal as I was only getting 3mb/s max and it would not reach the bedroom at times. Another complaint is the shower. I would highly recommend replacing the sealant of the shower where the glass connects with the floor as it leaks very easily in a matter of a couple minutes - also the drainage is rather slow which further adds to a slight flooding of the bathroom floor. Furthermore, it would be appreciated if there were a different variety of cups and plates.
