Unfortunately the building had problems with the water pipe. Anyway, that was not the host's fault and she was very helpful in this case. There could have been better pillows for the sleeping sofa and faster wifi

The location of the property is excellent. Only 2 mins walk from the Metro Terminal Station. It is also located near to all major attractions and main bus route. The host Ms Saule is an excellent English speaking host and prompt is replying. The property needs some renovation interms of decoration , which i am sure she will take on board and will get done soon.

Interior work, Kitchen Appliances and Utenciles: Missing some good quality interior work, good quality and clean kitchen appliances and utenciles, regular cleaning refill of toiletarie for longer stays, water purifier, basic groceries etc.

The location in the center. New and clean apartment with new furniture. Nice view from the window over the mountains.

The house is new and there is still renovation here so be prepared for the dirty shoes to get to the entrance, loud noises outside as there are houses nearby that are still being built. You should also be prepared to pay a deposit. Even though we had a nice and big kitchen, we could not use it properly as there was no kitchen equipment to prepare or even warm up food. We could only wash the food and keep it in a fridge. The host couldn't find some pan or anything like that for us, and we didn't want to buy it with our own money just for 4 nights. There was only one toilet paper for 2 adults for 4 days, the host said we should also buy it on our own (which I don't think is ok when you pay for an apartment daily).
